Set up and Complete your Business Profile

This is an extension of you and your business, and it says a lot about what you have to offer. So don’t rush the process as you have to create a profile to reflect your brand and to entice your new and existing clients.  Make it magical and upload a beautiful picture or logo of your business.

If you don’t yet have your branding done for your business, we can put you in contact with our graphic design team ready to assist you.

What goes on your profile?

The Basic Stuff
  • Company name (if applicable or your own name)
  • Best contact number
  • Email Address (don’t worry it's a secure section where people can send emails to you but not see your address) This is done to avoid hackers/spammers
  • Trading Address/ Main area of Business (You don’t have to put the full physical address it's your choice. All you need to do is select town and county you're in) It is recommended to add your full business address as it helps you get found by Google maps and clients looking for your type of service. 
  • Quick introduction about your business, what you do, what makes you great…
  • Add your opening hours
  • Add your Google calendar for booking details (if you have one) creating a google calendar is easy. It helps you keep track of events, workshops and bookings if applicable)
  • Upload Profile Picture or a Featured video to your page. Uploading a video, we recommend you upload first to a YouTube account you created. Then take the URL address of that video and add it to your page video section. Easy as 1 2 3 
  • Add Listing tags – What business you're in (Retail, Therapist, Restaurant, Beauty Salon, Yoga studio….)
  • Add Amenities you have available.

What is the price for posting and listings?

We just made life easier for you. As a paid Member you have Carte Blanche on our website for a whole year. This means you can add as many products on our Online Store, Advertise your events in our Events Page, vacancies on our Jobs page for the whole 12-months free.

All it cost you is one membership of €59 for the year.

Is there a fee for sales made on the online store or bookings made on the events page?

Again, we kept everything as simple and as easy for our members. We take 5 % on all transactions running through our online store and events pages. This is a transaction fee and service charge.

How do I get paid for Sales and Bookings?

All payments go through our secure payment portal with PayPal. As soon as an order is placed or booking made you get notified of the transaction and full transaction details of the client. All transactions run through PayPal. This means if you don’t have a PayPal, you can set one up through us.

PayPal is one of the most secure payment portals around with high-level security in place. Keeping you and your financial transactions safe.

We transfer your payments less the payment processing fee of  5%.

For product sales:

Payments are made available to you as soon as we receive confirmation of shipping with the relevant tracking number. The cost for registered postage is automatically added into the checkout section of the client. Covering your cost.

For event bookings:

Payments are paid over to you 2-week before the event date. This is done to ensure the security of clients booking tickets is met and no cancellation happens.

What about Refunds?

Buyers are entitled to a 14-day return and refund. Products must be returned in the same condition it was sent out. Unused, unopened and in the same packaging. Once we get notified by the supplier they have received the products in an acceptable condition we issue a full refund to client.

Suppliers have to honor the 14 day return policy and as such must provide us with a refund of the full sales price less our 5% payment processing fee as soon as they have received the product back in stock. Failure to honour this agreement means the immediate termination of your membership.

As a precautionary measure we always advise to submit photographic images of the product in question before returning it to the seller.

What if I have an existing website?

If you have an existing website that is great news. As you can link your website to your landing page. This gives you improved visibility on Google SEO and optimized the ranking on searches.

If you don’t have a website, it's also good as we have an automated SEO build-in feature with Healers Valley. This means your landing pages get treated as a website and will start appearing in Google searches in higher ranking levels.

How does my business, products, services and events get listed on other sites?

Healers Valley Group has multi-platforms, representing a different division of the Group. In Ireland we have 3 divisions all with their own websites. When you are listed on the Healers Valley website you are automatically added to the other 2 websites. Therefore, raising your profile and giving you triple exposure. A three-pronged benefit for the price of one membership.

Some may say it is not clever business but we say let’s do what we can to bring wealth and prosperity to our community.

I am a Psychic and Medium and would like to get listed. How do I do that?

If you are blessed as a psychic, medium and metaphysical practitioner and would like to advertise and get listed with us. We have a special division for you called The Metaphysical Science Guild.

This division is dedicated to this highly specialised section of the business. You can advertise events, workshops, services and even sell products on the same basis as on Healers Valley. However The Metaphysical Science Guild is also an online learning platform.

You can link as many platforms you belong to onto your landing page. The list goes on and on.  The more links you have to your landing pages the better for your SEO and clients or buyers get to find you faster.

What is a landing page?

A Landing Page is like a Mini-Website and it has all the functions and features as a website. You also have a unique URL address you can use to drive traffic to your page. Share your URL on your social media, email signature and Business cards and everywhere you want. This means more traffic and visibility to your page which is linked to your products, events, services and many more features.

I don’t have a logo, what do I do?

Logos are important as it’s a unique identifyer for your business and your brand. Helps people recognise your business, products and services. You may use a picture if you want. However, don’t over-think it if you don’t have one.

How do Upload videos to my landing page?

First create your YouTube account if you don’t have one already. Link your account to your Landing page and start uploading videos of high-quality to your YouTube account. Once the video is uploaded to YouTube, get the video URL link and added into your landing page Video section. Boom… Done. Please ensure your videos are suitable for this audience and not offensive in any manner. 

How do I upload pictures to my Landing Page?

Very simple: on your landing page just go to Pictures and add High-Quality pictures there. Step-by-step instructions are given.

How do I share my event on Social Media and in messages to others?

Each event has a unique URL address and you have two options. First, Copy the URL in the address bar for the event and share it with others and on pages.

Second,  Click the share icon and it will give you the option to share to your linked social media pages


How do I get featured on the Healers Valley Home Page banner and in the newsletter?

In order to become featured, you need to be an active community member. Completed their own page and profile setup, Comment on the posts, Actively participate on the blog writing, promote and support the Healers Valley family and community. Our top 20 members will be selected each month..

To get featured in our newsletter is limited to 5 clients per month. The cost is €250 and you can submit a request in getting featured via email on our contacts page. Click here  (ad link to Contacts page)
